Roger Treece has been nominated for five Grammy Awards as an arranger, producer, singer, and engineer. In 2010, his arrangement of "Baby" (VOCAbuLarieS) was nominated for "Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocals". This is the first time in the history of the Grammy Awards that an a cappella arrangement has been nominated for an instrumental arranging award.

Roger has received fourteen DOWNBEAT awards as a soloist, ensemble member, director and arranger.

Roger was awarded First Place at the Hollywood Film Festival (for his score to Through the Woods).

Roger has also received numerous awards for his educational music for children, including four PARENT’S CHOICE awards.

Roger also judges the Vocal Jazz category for the DOWNBEAT MAGAZINE Student Recording Awards.
